Prospect Hotel - Nur-Sultan (Astana)

Centrally located, convenient bus stop, practical shop nearby, newly renovated and clean rooms, great bathroom.

For us it was ideal.

We were actually surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, right next to the gold-domed Nur Astana mosque and a shopping center. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a table and stools, and the on-suite bathroom was super clean. The owners, although not English speakers, were friendly and helpful. The breakfast, served in the room, was tasty. we would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

Great stay for business trip! The rooms were immaculate and modern, with comfortable amenities. The breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious and filling options. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its central location, making it easy to get around the city. Another key feature was the free Wi-Fi, which provided a reliable connection during my work trip.

That the rooms were a bit small, making it a tight squeeze if you had a lot of luggage. the noise from the street could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to a major bus stop and a shopping mall with a supermarket. The hotel was also situated next to a busy street, but surprisingly the room was quiet. The breakfast served in the room was a plus, and the staff were cute. Cleanliness was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near a busy street, exhibition centre, and a shopping mall with a supermarket. There is also a major bus stop nearby. the room is clean and tidy, and the reception is open 24 hours. Guests can avail of the facility to leave their luggage before check-in.

The service at the hotel is lacking. the hostess is not proficient in English, making communication difficult for non-Russian speakers.

Staying over Christmas at this hotel was a real treat! the breakfast was outstanding with a variety of options to choose from and it was served promptly at the agreed-upon time. the location of the hotel was also a big plus, close to some of the most famous attractions and shopping areas. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the clean and brand new rooms. I was impressed with the quality of the amenities offered.

The lack of a common room, which made it difficult to interact with other guests. the housekeeping staff didn't clean my room during my entire stay, but I could have asked for shower gel and shampoo had I needed it.
